Women’s Economic Inclusion program area focuses on breaking barriers to economic participation for young women, particularly in marginalized communities, by providing skills training, access to resources, and advocacy for inclusive policies. In a youth-centered framework, we collaborate with young female entrepreneurs and activists to develop tailored initiatives, such as mentorship networks where youth leaders’ pair with peers to launch micro-enterprises or advocate for gender-responsive budgeting. These programs include digital literacy workshops for young women in rural areas to access online markets, coupled with youth-led advocacy campaigns aiming to eliminate discriminatory hiring practices.
Addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in communities at oil-rich regions, where extractive industries often exacerbate GBV through displacement, economic disparities, and cultural shifts, this program targets prevention and response with a youth lens. We empower young women and girls affected by oil-related conflicts—to lead awareness campaigns, monitoring efforts, GBV data collection, and peer education sessions on recognizing and reporting GBV. We also support youth-led safe reporting and partnerships with local authorities to enforce protections.
Prevention of Transactional and Survival Sexual Exploitation initiative aims to prevent exploitation driven by poverty, such as sex-for-survival or transactional relationships, by addressing root causes like unemployment and lack of education among youth. Adopting a youth-centered model, we involve young survivors and at-risk peers in designing preventive strategies, including life skills training, financial literacy programs, and alternative livelihood options. Youth-led clubs in schools and communities facilitate discussions on consent, healthy relationships, and economic alternatives, while providing access to vocational training in sectors like tech and agriculture. We integrate digital tools for anonymous reporting and support, tracking progress through youth feedback on reduced exploitation rates and increased self-efficacy.
Psychosocial Support and Safe Spaces for Rape and Early Pregnancy Survivors Centered on healing and reintegration program provides trauma-informed psychosocial support and dedicated safe spaces for young survivors of rape and early pregnancy, recognizing the unique vulnerabilities of adolescents and young adults. We train young peer counselors to facilitate group therapy sessions and one-on-one support. By prioritizing confidentiality and cultural sensitivity, we help survivors rebuild confidence, integrating mental health with community reintegration events.
Human Rights Concerns on Youth Employment and Environmental Protection is a cross-cutting program addressing the intersection of youth employment rights and environmental safeguards, particularly in contexts where exploitation and degradation disproportionately affect young workers. We engage youths in advocacy for fair labor laws, safe working conditions, and sustainable practices, workshops on environmental stewardship, and campaigns for green jobs that protect ecosystems while providing economic opportunities. We support youths in eco-friendly enterprises, like reforestation projects, while lobbying for policies that prevent exploitative labor
Inclusive Quality Education Access
At the heart of our NGO’s vision is a youth-centered approach to Inclusive Quality Education Access, where young people are not just beneficiaries but active participants in shaping their learning journeys. We prioritize their voices, aspirations, and unique challenges, ensuring programs are flexible, relevant, and empowering. By involving youth in program design, feedback, and leadership roles, we foster ownership and resilience. Below, we summarize three key program areas tailored to diverse youth needs, from career readiness to recovery and advanced learning.

- Vocational Career Pathways for Senior Secondary Students program
- Catch-Up Learning for Adolescent Flood and insurgency victims
- Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) for Genius Students
Vocational Career Pathways for Senior Secondary Students program equips senior secondary school youth (ages 15-18) with practical skills and career guidance to bridge the gap between education and employment. Recognizing that many young people feel uncertain about their futures, we center the program on their interests and local opportunities—whether in tech, agriculture, or entrepreneurship with workshops modules like digital marketing or sustainable crafts, and engage in internships with community partners.
Catch-Up Learning for Adolescent Flood and insurgency victims is designed for adolescents (ages 12-18) displaced or disrupted by floods, this initiative focuses on rapid recovery and reintegration into education, with youth at the forefront of their healing process. We start by listening to their stories—lost school time, emotional trauma, and dreams interrupted—to customize flexible, mobile learning modules that cover core subjects like math, literacy, and life skills. Youth form support circles to share experiences, co-design session schedules, and use designated tools for self-paced progress tracking. Emphasizing resilience-building activities, such as art therapy or community rebuilding projects.
Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) for Genius Students methodology groups learners by ability rather than age or grade—this program accelerates growth for gifted or “genius” youth who often feel under-challenged in traditional classrooms. In a youth-centered twist, we empower these advanced learners (across secondary levels) to self-assess their strengths, propose challenge-based projects, and collaborate in mixed-ability teams to solve real-world problems, like environmental innovations or coding hacks with dynamic sessions ensuring pace and depth match their potential channeling their talents toward societal impact.
