Building Hope: Assistance for Widows and the Less Privileged

Ahead of its empowerment program scheduled for December 30, the organization plans to distribute Christmas items on the same day at the Úpātá Civic Hall, Edeoha Town, by 09:00 am. This gesture is part of a larger plan to run youth empowerment training programs, including computer and software development such as Microsoft Suite, coding, programming, and AutoCAD, beginning in 2025. The emphasis is on growing the organization into a hub of opportunity, offering training in graphic design, artistic design, 3D design, catering, facial makeup, fashion, hairdressing, professional haircutting, sports, virtual gaming, and technical skills acquisition.

Sustainability Focus

Eur. Ing. Ogwu further informed, “Our focus on sustainability ensures that participants will not only acquire skills but also build livelihoods that will last,” including community development initiatives like medical outreach, widow care, light-up projects, and awareness/security programs.

Educational Support and Talent Development

The overall arrangement includes catering to the younger generation through annual summer coaching programs. The sessions will be open to orphans and youths, offering educational support that goes beyond the classroom. Apart from education and skills training, the organization recognizes the importance of hunting for raw football talents and nurturing them to greatness, using the Úpātá Unity Cup finals as a test run for talent scouting.
